Q. What are the pool hours?
A. Pool Hours are 9am to 9pm
Q. What do I do if my pool keycard doesn't work?
A. See a member of the board.
Q. When are Association Dues due?
A. Dues are due on January 15th and July 15th.
Q. Is it permissible to park things like boats, trailers etc in front of my residence along the neighborhood streets?
A. The city ordinance allows trailers to be parked on the street while expeditiously loading or unloading. Otherwise, they cannot.
Q. Our neighbors have fairly regular get togethers with lots of people. There are cars lining the street and they end up in the back yard laughing and talking sometimes till two in the morning. What can we do about this.
A. You can either talk to your neighbor and explain your frustration to them or call the police communications center at 972.292.6010. An officer will be sent out to discuss it with them.
Q. Are homeowners required to get a permit from the city to have their roof replaced?
